Abel Prudhomme

Abel Prudhomme is a passionate advocate for justice and community transformation, dedicated to empowering faith communities and uplifting society’s most vulnerable. He is the Founder and Executive Director of The S.A.L.T. (Savior's Ambassadors Laboring Together), a faith-based initiative committed to strengthening Christ-centered churches and equipping them to serve as beacons of hope in inner cities. Recognizing the need for pastoral care beyond the pulpit, he also created Ministry 2 Ministers, a platform designed to support and encourage ministers in their personal and spiritual well-being.

In addition to his faith-driven leadership, he serves as the L.A. County Appointed Faith-Based Regional Coordinator for Compton, Lynwood, Paramount, and all of South Los Angeles. In this role, he works across religious and nonprofit sectors to address critical issues such as homelessness, reentry, eviction prevention, human trafficking, and trauma recovery. His advocacy extends beyond the faith community—he is also an Associate Member of the League of United Latin American Citizens (LULAC), reflecting his deep commitment to justice, equity, and empowerment for all communities.

With a passion for grassroots activism, strategic collaboration, and transformative impact, he has dedicated his life to mobilizing churches, volunteers, and community leaders to create lasting change in underserved urban areas. In recognition of his outstanding leadership, he was honored as the recipient of the 2023 Faith & Community Empowerment C2 Leadership Award.
